well, they are doing it, probably to push their kids rating up.

but that's not what the contest is based on. it's not won according to highest rating, it's won according to highest # of VOTES.

so if they're voting and giving 1 shoe.. THEY'RE STILL VOTING. so there ya got, it's gonna come back to bite them in the @$$.

It's that one...but usually all you have to do is click on "highest rated" and it's always the first one. The only exception is when a new one gets put up and gets 5 shoes before she sees it.
