Thanks everyone. I think the hardest part is not being able to do anything. I feel so powerless and am emotionally drained. So glad I have my furkids to hug the crap out of when I am home.

The dogs are pushovers and let me do anything to them but I'd be afraid to dress up my cat. I am sure he would attack me as I slept if I did. lol

My four cats would attack me if I tried to dress them up.

hubby did that for 2 years, then finally said enuf is enuf. but they can't find anyone to replace him at the hotel, that's where he is today but he is getting off early to take ryan and friend to the tkd funday. on way now, so i'll bbl. (that's why i'm freezing no oil, cause no $$$ because he gave up 2nd job..thank god for sc, i can save enuf money to justify not working, once i get the bills caught up)

All the men on my dad's side have died of abdominal aneurisms in their mid 60's. My father would be the next in line, he'll turn 68 in January but he gets checked every year with a simple test. They are preventable.

i was concerned because dad and hubby had em. they can be hereditary. so i spoke to dr. she said ryan can be tested for them later. i'm going to start having him checked like at 16 or whatever. give him the best fighting chance over them. i talk to him about smoking (not aneurysms), and i'm hoping he listens. and i'm keeping him in tkd, so i think if he keeps off cigs and exercises this thing will bi-pass him.

DH had to do it, cause the kids were NOT doing it, just smearing paint on my belly.
I got the idea from some belly painting websites, ones that said "This one isn't too messy if you try it" well that was a huge lie. Ruined 1 pair of pants and a tshirt. LOL
Guess I shouldn't have used halloween face paint, should have used some poster paints or something ;b

It's apparently a very simple test. You should get checked too though. In my family, they said the womyn didn't have to be tested as it's only ever been men but my aunts also go. I imagine once I reach the age of 50 I'll have to start as well. That's the age they are saying they needed to start getting checked.
