My parents get to babysit the critters. The dog will be thrilled, cause she gets away with murder with them. The cat actually misses me when I'm not around (he's the jealous boyfriend type).

Now I ask you how are these two NOT like kids?? LMAO. The girl is happy to have her run of things at grandma's and the boy pouts till momma comes home.

Just trying to stay busy, anniversary of my Mom's death 18 years ago tomorrow (sure doesn't seem that long), weird that it actually falls on our Thanksgiving this year. My husband's Dad also died on thanksgiving day (16 years ago today). My Dad has remarried & now I have all this step-family (I'm an only child). Anyways, at least will be with family this year.

HUGS Jettred & Petite. My Grandma Passed away 2 years ago on the Monday before Thanksgiving. On Sunday she went to the hospital and she gave mom a money order that she had bought to pay a bill. She told mom to make sure there was a dinner and what everyone liked. Cause one of my cousins liked something made different. I loved homemade dressing. My uncle wanted stove top stuffing. And my hubby always loved the pinto beans. So we had the dinner but Thanksgiving will never be the same.

Good morning everyone - been sitting here at work looking busy - lol - and now off to the gym to hurt my body for about 20 minutes on the eliptical (damn near kills me but gotta try to lose this weight).

I try to do the eliptical everyday too.. i have 10 lbs more to lose. I think i need to switch it up a bit and maybe do some yoga or another dvd instead. I have a bellydance one i've been wanting to try but my roommates always around and i know she'd just laugh at me
It's hard for me to stay motivated.

I can't wait for tomorrow. My friend booked a last minute - we're talking really really last minute (so sort of within my budget, especially since my friend is loaning me the $ & I don't have to pay her back til next year) - trip somewhere warm & I get to go with her. Yippee!!!! I've never spent Thanksgiving in the US before, so should be fun. & I get to see white tigers in the desert. Care to venture a guess as to where I'm going? Can you tell I'm excited?!!!

I've always wanted to go to Sin City! Have lots of fun and dont do anything i wouldnt do!

Oh.. i have a funny kitty story for you:

I heard some banging around in my bedroom closet so i went to check it out. Well as soon as i entered the room, Charlie bolted out of the closet with one of my bra's strapped over his back like a saddle... then he dashed around the apartment a few times! I wish i could've gotten a pic of this... i couldnt stop laughing!

I have the Carmen Electra Stripper and LapDance DVD's and they are fun. Do not ask why and even though I have not lost any weight with them, I think some one in this house loves me using them
