I was in RCSS yesterday and was overcharged for the downy simple pleasure fabric softener ( I scop laundry stuff over anything else at that store lol) - was on the shelf at 6$ and was charged over 7$ - while I was waiting for the price check another lady had her turn - she had bought a lego toy that was on the shelf at 7$ but she was charged 12$ - when the cs lady was busy I whispered to the her that she could get that toy for free through SCOP - she had no idea what I was talking about - I said just ask for it for free if the price checks out

She was looking nervous but hopeful and when she was told the price was indeed wrong she asked if she gets it for free - the cs lady said yep! the look on this ladys face as she's standing there with her returned cash in one hand and the toy in the other was priceless! she said thank you and wish us happy holidays - I think it really boosted her day and that felt great

That is so cool! I just recently started using coupons and never had any idea about SCOP.... I've been telling everyone! I can't tell you how many times over the last few years that my purchases have been wrung in wrong, at MANY dif places.
