    I was at my Zellers today, and tried to use the VIP SPC Card, and the cashier said her manager had told her they no longer take the VIP card.

    Is this the case at all Zellers?

    Not the case at any Zellers. They was pulling your leg... not cool. Tell SPC Card on their Facebook group... they are SOOOOOOOOOO good about contacting them and straightening it out--gotta love that!

    I just reread your post and realised you said just VIP card, I would guess that it is against ToS of the program to pick and choose which of the cards they accept

    Someone asked the Facebook SPC rep about whether stores could/would refuse VIP cards and this is the answer the rep posted..

    The VIP Card gives you the same offers as the regular SPC Card- the only difference is that you don't need to show student ID- retails must accept this card as it is an SPC Card!
