When it ordered for my mother, it said no samples were available for her. She just got an email from p&g saying they understand some people had problems when they tried to order.

I was able to select and order samples for my mom

IMO i wouldn't classify it as getting screwed. I am appreciative that they send us free samples. Its not really a right or anything. I love Brandsampler and am glad they send us free stuff.. if they cant send it one time or it doesnt work.. no big deal

When I ordered they said they will be sending me 7 ..but like you I only got 3 in the mail but guess what I got 7 later on ( 2 days later )

So basically they sent me 2 sample boxes .. maybe your 7 box will come later on like me

Thanks for the info! My grandma got no samples the first time around, but I just tried for her and she was able to get 3 samples (Tide, Pantene, Head&Shoulders).

i got a bigger box than the usual one....can't remember how many were in it though, i shared the contents with DH...lol..

at first i got 0.... but i redid it on another account and got some. I was dissapointed that i got 0 the first time around though....since i'm always up for trying new products/samples.
