I just leave it sitting in the vinegar on low forever. It actually gets black and crusty on the outside this way! yum...

then I take it out, shred it, take the PC smokey bbq sauce, add cider vinegar & brown sugar (borrowed from the Bobby Flay throwdown: pulled pork LOL) and put it on top when it's on the bun
