glad you bumped it.. I've been looking for Archie comic books for my son.. trying to find a great deal on a bulk supple for him. he LOVES them.. i'd much rather he be in his room on weekend reading Archies then doing anything else at 16 if you catch my drift.. however i seem to find the second I want buy them from someone either the price goes up. or they suddenly are no longer selling them as they've found a private buyer. it sucks we don't care about how much they are worth.. my son just loves to read them.. so can anyone tell me where in London I can find some.. or a great deal on them elsewhere. would anyone want to sell their collection.

No..but I want to! I'm interested in the superhero comics like DC and MARVEL. If reading manga counts as comics..then yeah I read them occasionally

When I was a child and teenager, I *loved* Archie comics. I read every single one my library had. I have a stash of comic books that my brother had when he was young, mostly Richie Rich, Bugs Bunny, those type. They're pretty fragile though so I'm keeping them safe in case they are worth something some day.
I love manga and graphic novels, but haven't gotten into them too much. Does anyone know a good program to allow me to read them on my computer?<center><embed src="http://www.widdlytinks.com/myfamily/silhouettes/silhouettefamily.swf" flashvars="t1=The Bernard Family&pv1=0&pn1=6&px1=251.55&pf1=1&pv2=0&pn2=22&p x2=186.8&pf2=0&pv3=0&pn3=12&px3=305.85&pf3=1&pv4=1 &pn4=9&px4=278.8&pf4=0&pv5=1&pn5=3&px5=226.8&pf5=1 &pv6=0&pn6=1&px6=102.8&pf6=1&pv7=1&pn7=24&px7=317. 8&pf7=1" quality="high" wmode="transparent" name="My Family Silhouettes" allowscriptaccess="samedomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" align="middle" height="230" width="500">

I find im reading less superhero comics now and more independent and classic comics.
One of the few superhero titles I read for a long time was spiderman and I stopped a few years ago after the storyline called one more day and have only read graphic novel collections of classic spidey since, including hobgoblin lives and the recent omnibus collection, and I plan on getting at some point the origin of the hobgoblin collection.
I just got in the mail the fantastic four by john byrne omnibus which is amazing.http://www.amazon.com/gp/cdp/member-...stRecentReview
