Three (3) entrants will be randomly selected as Finalists, with one entrant selected from each of the following regions: (i) Province of Ontario; (ii) Province of Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador (in aggregate “Eastern Canada”); and (iii) Province of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut (in aggregate “Western Canada”). Each Finalist will be provided with the chance to win: (i) The Grand Prize of a divine vacation worth $20,000 CDN or (ii) one (1) of two (2) Secondary prizes of $1,000 CDN each. The three (3) Finalists must be available to attend a live event in Toronto, ON on December 31, 2010. Limit one (1) Finalist prize per household.

Limit of one (1) entry per household per day regardless of the method of entry. If it is discovered that an entrant (household) attempted to enter more than once per day, all of the entrant’s
entries will be void.

ELiGIBILITY

a. To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada, who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry into the Contest. Employees, officers and directors (including members of the same household of such persons) of FERRERO® Canada Limited / Limitée (the "Sponsor"), agents, advertising or promotional agencies, and the independent contest organization are not eligible to enter the Contest.
