I was surfing the net the other night, entering contests, checking out products I want to try etc. I noticed that all the expiries tthroughout the Cold FX backpack contest were '09 instead of '10, so I contacted them
and let them know. This is the email I got from them this morning:
Good morning,
I just received your feedback from our call center regarding the date error on the COLD-FX website (backpack contest) should read 2010 (not 2009) and wanted to personally thank you for catching the misprint, and secondly for investing the time to inform us. I have connected with our web developers who will update the webpage
Unfortunately your personal details were not recorded by the call center as I would like to send you some complimentary COLD-FX as a token of our gratitude.
If alright with you, please provide your shipping address and I’ll have the courier deliver your COLD-FX ASAP
