It seems someone gets the 2 lines address and someone don't ... Their system is not very consistent ....

I got home and found the UPS delivery attempted notice. There was no indication on the form what I needed to do (it didn't specify that a signature was required) so I called them. Turns out they do require a signature, so I had to arrange for a neighbour to accept it tomorrow. My father also received his.

how come the watches from the PI website are different from the other site when u googled the watch number and name. the PI site always makes them look much nicer.

same with the original tommy watch. it's misleading. but i guess we'll have to see if the picture is rite or not. why would they make up pictures like that unless they have the ones looking like that.

and i also like the OLD tommy watch much better! but free is free =)

In my wife's email to Rachel about the return of her points for the jacket and the chalice set she also asked about the status of the watch that was redeemed in Feb (Callaway) and then changed to Hilfiger in April. Rachel responded that her colleague, Lindsay, would be contacting her this week about the watch. Will have to see if she gets an email tomorrow. I really liked the look of the original Tommy watch but some of the replacement models are pretty nice too.
I am just really impressed with the fact that they are actually finally sending the stuff out.

what happens if no one can be home to sign it? ?.. my husband got a call from ups letting him know they cant get in or condo and thats all my husband could tell me because is useless when it comes to these things. ......

I agree. The next item may not be delivered properly next time if the address is not printed in a right way. I hope La Societe Stella Artois will take a look at the problem seriously. We work so hard to get the points anyway.

*sigh* no UPS notice, phone call or luggage. my address was on 2 lines, if that is the case then they're missing my street name and number and they just have the suite unless the UPS guy is smart enough to look up my postal code.

I've received the luggage today. And yes, there was no apartment or suite number on the box. But a long time ago my dh just put on the buzzer a message "For ... ... (First Name, Last Name) please press Unit # ...".
