eBay remove my negative feedback for a big US seller (jewellery)

I wrote more than 380 feedback and few (<15) are negative. eBay removed 2 negatives feedback. One few month ago and the second yesterday for a big US seller with 99.5% satisfaction,

WARNING! STONE NOT LIKE THE PHOTO. POOR QUALITY.

This jewellery seller show picture very nice but stone received are poor quality. eBay call me before I leave my feedback. It was the first time.

When I asked if it was the seller to ask this call the ebay agent does not answer me. Now eBay remove my alert and he is accomplice with this scam !!

I precise, this seller finediamonds9 has earrings items in The Big Deal for ebay.ca

Before that, after some problems as newbie ebayer, I was satisfied.

thanks for the forewarning, paul. I hope you get an explanation as to why any feedback, positive or negative, would be deleted. I don't have much experience with ebay myself but hopefully someone eventually answers your calls/e-mails if you keep trying. good luck.

Did you get any refund from the seller?

I've only ever left 1 negative feeback, out of the 140 I have so far. The eBay seller didn't deliver the item, so I contacted Paypal and got a full refund.
