Just wondering ... How much is the "activation fee" on GCs @ SDM? Is it comparable with other stores? I don't usually buy GCs but want to get into the extra points action as I burned up all my points on the last bonus redemption day.
Only prepaid Visa, MC and Amex cards have activation fees and it's the same everywhere.Quote:

I recently purchased 2x$100 SDM gift cards using my Optimum card (also purchased other items I needed). I had NO problems, SDM store I shop at knows me...don't know if this helps at all. The answer may vary by store.:biggrin:

I called 1800SHOPPERS and the guy said we get the 5000pts with the purchase of SDM GCs as well and we even get the pts if we pay for the GCs with an Optimum Mastercard.... so good news all around, im buying $1950 worth of SDM GCs this week.

i can use my shoppers credit card to buy any of $150 giftcards which r available at shoppers store for this promotion
