    Tell-a-Friend event is happening! So, I went out tonight and spent my obligatory $20, and snagged some good deals too!

    The store I usually shop at has an end-cap that they maintain as their "clearance" area - - I had picked up saline nasal spray in the aisle (Life Brand, $4.99) but noticed they had "Simply Saline" nasal spray for $1.99! on the clearance shelf - so I snagged two of those.

    Stove Top Stuffing was marked down to 49¢ a box - so I got 4 of those. And Catelli HW pasta was still on sale for $1.49 - I bought 3, and used $1.75 in coupons.

    I'm new to this whole coupon thing, but I've set myself a goal of using $1000 this year. I sure could use any tips and tricks from more seasoned, SCs.

    i have a 2 tips i use all the time.....when the store has a BOGO sale get a raincheck....then watch for a sale price and you get 2 for the sale price.....last one was
    kraft peanut butter....BOGO raincheck...sale $5.99....for 2.....can't remember what size it's gone...lol


    and when they are BOGO use 2 coupons....the last one was

    mazola oil 1.47l...$6.99..BOGO...X2 $1 off....on the shelf..lol...got 2 for $4.99
