Can you still use coupons with BOGO???

In Safeways flyer their Mr Clean products are on sale BOGO and I have a save $1.50 if you purchase 2. I have already read the coupon policy which I believe states that I cannot use a coupon on a free product so I can't use it if I just get the 2. My question is if I get 4 bottles will I get 2 for free and than apply the $1.50 to that and also am I allowed to do that? Thank you in advance for any responses.

I think so. If you get 4 bottles, you should be able to use 2 of those coupons.

I am always able to use a BOGO and a $ coupon together. The only exception is one SDM in my area. As long as you're not using a $ coupon on the free item, you're good to go. Therefore, as BC Gal said, you should be able to freely use 2 coupons on the 4 items.

I was not able to use my coupons at the Safeway near my home, they told me not with another deal but your store might.

It really depends on the store. As part of a bigger shop you tend to be able to get the coupons through easier. When you go through with just the 4 mr clean it puts all the focus on them instead of a bigger order. I have in the past done the b1g1 with the febreze in a bigger order. I bought 6 cans and got 3 for free and used a b3g$5 making them dirt cheap. If I do this and run through just with the 6 cans sometimes it goes through and sometimes it does not... when i go through with a bigger order and get a variety of deals I don't have a issue.
