Thread: Bad Experience with surveys

A couple months back, I joined surveys..com. It was my first survey site so I didn't know what to expect. All that I can say is it was HORRIBLE!! I feel so ripped off. I did surveys 3-5 surveys for them a day. Before I could get my money, the rewards were pending for 2 months. After 4 months I finally had enough money to cash out. They didn't have any options for a cheque, only gift certificates and PayPal. I bought a $25.00 gift certificate to NFL.com. I waited for the certificate for months. It never came, and I emailed them. They never responded.
Seriously, all I want is my gift certificate. I don't think its fair that a company would make someone do surveys for months, and never pay them. Has anyone tried this survey site, and if so, what were your experiences? This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by maliha44; Sat, Nov 27th, 2010 at 06:14 PM.

Haven't tried that one, sorry you've had a bad experience. I'm with 5 survey companies and, in my opinion, the best by far is ipsos i-say.

You get a fair number of surveys, 5 or 6 a week, they pay 90 cents for most. The surveys are easy, not too long usually. And I've never had a problem cashing out. Hey, it's Ipsos, a trusted survey company that's been around around a lot longer than the internet. Give them a try.
