Olay Brag, kind of..

After Christmas I bought a pack of Olay Eye Derma Pods that came with a bonus bottle of Eye Make Up Remover. I don't know what the regular price was on this gift set but I got it on clearance for $7 at Walmart. The regular price on the Eye Pods is around $40 and the regular price on the Make Up Remover is about $15. There were 24 eye pods in the package and some of the pods seemed "empty". There is supposed to be enough lotion in each pod to do both eyes. But there was barely any lotion in some of them (I couldn't even get it to ooze out of the sponge). The package was still sealed so it wasn't tampered with. I called Olay to let them know of their "quality control issue." The CS rep was very nice and said she'd send me a coupon. I got it today. It is good for ANY REGENERIST PRODUCT, taxes included and with no maximum value stated on the coupon. It expires in 6 months so I am hoping to hang onto it until Mother's Day - maybe they will put some gift packs out so I can get more bang for P&G's buck!! . SO HAPPY!!!

I had a sample of the derma pods, I didn't really like them. That's a great price though I got the set with the eye makeup remover around christmas for that price, it came with the eye cream instead of the pods.

I won some of the olay rengenrist products. IMO they werent that amazing the eye pods didnt do much for me and I'm not even that old to be worried about aging, but I doesnt hurt trying to delay it. The lines I have are very fine n not really noticeable to start. It just felt moisturized didnt improve anything. For 7$ it is worth to try not at reg price. Thats good customer service u got though.

I recently had a very similar experience with L'Oreal RevitaLift. The bottle has 2 pumps with liquid, one side pumps out liquid while the other side is damaged and nothing comes out. I just called the "888" # and they are sending out a letter and coupon for me. I shall receive these within 7-10 days. And what a good idea that mydusty had, waiting for Mother's Day and hopefully getting a gift package rather than a single item. Good thinking!!!
