    Hey all...

I know this might not be the proper section for this type of question but IMO the bragging section is where you find all of the experts!

I'm wondering if SCOP applies to a "ticketed" item?

Example: I found an item at WM that had a sticker displaying $10.50. When checking out, it scanned at $15.00. Is this actually a SCOP?? I was told by a CSR that SCOP applies to un-ticketed items only and I really didn't have time for an explanation if she could have provided one anyway.

So I figured I'd ask someone who was sure to know

    Thanks all!

SCOP is for non ticketed items only. The cashier should have overrided the price though.

when they mean un-ticketed, it means if the price isn't STUCK on the product.

Scop does apply if there is a tag or sign on the rack of the product.

However, if the product did have a sticker on it then it doesnt apply

I'm no expert but I would assume it's because anyone could have stuck that sticker on it from another clearance item (or it could have just fallen).
