You're right, I just went back and read the fine print. No I don't think we can use it during redemption. I might try to use it this week with the chicken wings, is that bonus points promo WUB2 chicken wings still on? Could we combine it with that? Could earn me a few extra points I need for the full redemption on saturday.

It's an e-coupon so you need to print it. You have to be a plus member to get the points.

Why can't you use the coupon? Let them ring in all items, give the coupon, should appear on screen, and then say you want to pay with points. Was always able to use printables or BP coupons when redeeming. And you get points right away, not added at a later date.
