Hugs! - I find that although I try to plan before I go in a store, sometimes I get thrown off if the cashier challenges what I'm doing. That manager needs to give her head a shake. They are there for public SERVICE not public HUMILIATION! You're very brave to challenge them - twice! - when you were in the right. As far as that manager is concerned - perhaps her life isn't going too well, either. Take a deep breath, give your two little ones a hug and know that you are trying to do your best on their behalf! Everyone here at SC will ALWAYS support you! Sending you a hug!

That's a terrible experience and I'm so sorry it happened to you! Like some others have said, don't let it discourage you from being a smart shopper. There are staff like that everywhere. I can understand how mortified you felt, but I do hope you go back to the SDM because they really do have great sale prices and the people working there are not paying your bills. At the end of the day, your family is all that matters and saving money is a satisfying way of contributing to its well-being.

Well, today I built up my courage to go out shopping again. I planned to go to wal-mart and get the secret deoderant with my coupon. My first stop was at the second hand store (my fav. place to shop) and as I was leaving I noticed that I lost my diamond necklace that my fiance saved up to buy me for Christmas...I looked around the store but got rushed out because they were closing, so.....again I found myself crying in my car, so I just came home. Maybe tomorrow my day will be better
