You won't be able to as good as the U.S. in Canada in couponing.Coupons are on the shelves at the Red Deer stores and stores in Lacombe. There are Smart Source and Red Plum and Brandsaver coupon inserts in the Red Deer Advocate. You would have to buy a subscription to the Red Deer Advocate to guarantee getting them. Most of coupons you won't be interested in because there isn't the mass quantity of coupons like the U.S in coupon inserts in Canada.Coupon inserts don't come out every week like the U.S. Coupon inserts are sometimes are in the newspaper box and instore Calgary and Edmonton newspapers.Coupons are some time on the products they will be specially marked products. Some stores won't take printable coupons. If you go to the Coupon section there is printable coupons there. You can order coupons from there websites and they will mail the coupons to you www.save.ca and www.websaver.ca and www.gocoupons.ca and www.brandsaver.ca starts January 5

welcome, this is the best site on the net, also go to the trade section, link below and you can trade for coupons, if you don't have enough to start trading with you will find many people who are willing to trade for stamps or gift certificates if you're looking for a very large amt. ie: $100 for 5 or 10 stamps

Starting with a wishlist of the coupons you're looking for is also a good idea, that way traders will let you know if they have the coupons you're looking for, let me know if you need help with anything on the site (:

Forgot to mention you can't double coupons. You can stack coupons in London Drugs. The coupons you stack have to be different coupons like a for example printed coupon,a coupon from box and a storeshelf coupon.Superstore in Red Deer has a wall at the entrance that has store coupons you can only use in the Superstore and you can use a manufacturer's coupon with unless the store coupon says on the back of the coupon says you can't combine the coupons.

I just started couponing in this last year. It can take a couple of months to get a good stash of various coupons but once you have them it gets a lot easier to maintain and find them. After a while you sort of become trained to spot coupons while shopping. It is a very addicting habit.
After you do get your stash built up, that's when you should start shopping at London Drugs. Once you start stacking there you'll wonder how you could have ever paid full price for household items in the past. I haven't paid more than the tax on household cleaners, laundry stuff, and air fresheners since I started stacking there.

If I recall from last year....I think this first half of the year (till March -ish) was pretty dry for coupons....but after that they started coming out in stores full force
