Appreciate the rep! The corned beef meatloaf turned out great but I did bump up the ratio of meat to the other ingredients because DH is a carnivore. I think the bacon wrap might have been enough for him...but why take chances? LOL

aw thanks for the rep. whenever I have buns that look like not so fresh, I quickly slice and top them with sauce, cheese and other pizza related stuff and bake them.Family loves it better than 967-1111 lol

It is absolutely delicious!! You should definitely try it! I used fresh herbs and garlic instead of dried - but I always do
