    What does WUB, 1,2,3 mean? and where do you get these coupons?
    I have an example below



    Jean Coutu
    Dec.30-Jan5 flyer here.
    *$1.99 Gillette Foamy -$5 ??WUB3 coupon?? = $0.33 each


    I never coupon'd before but after seeing TLC's program I cannot stop thinking of it

    WUB is when you buy.

    And that fantastic coupon was in a Smart Source ( I believe lol) newspaper insert a while back
