To answer that question , most or all of the group leaders were invited by Cyanne with invitations from people who are not from within the SC community , are NOT part of any group here, and will not be sharing anything .

As for the people who didn't shop and others who shopped being compensated ....first of all what is the need for this , next , if at all necessary , simple number crunching will reveal how little points are required to make up the difference.

Say one person in my group didn't shop and we got 45,000 for 9 people then the 10 of us will get 4500 each, instead of 4545 each , now if I have to pay the difference, it'll be a total of 405 points.
If all groups had one person who didn't shop (highly unlikely) then 78 X405 =31,590 points will need to be paid out , but the unknown person(s) are getting 78 X 5000 = 390,000

So if 90% people shopped the total difference is : 358410

I signed up to be a leader because there was a need for leaders to make this happen so everyone who wanted to participate could get the 9545 points for being part of the SC groups. I understood that I could not get more points than that as a leader because the 10 spots under me would be used up by SCers.

I don't CARE what happens to whomever invited me. If they get 50,000 bp for me and 9 other leaders signing up from their invitation then good for them! I don't begrudge them getting them. They are part of what made this all happen and so if they are rewarded for it GREAT! I would rather SOMEBODY get the points than having signed up on my own and NOBODY getting those points.

Just my humble opinion and enough said.

From the responses I've received so far, 10/10 in group 10 have shopped, and we have 9/10 from Group 64.

Hopefully just one person hasn't gotten around to emailing Cyanne and I to tell us that you shopped. Please do so if you haven't already.

That just goes to show how nice YOU are .
I would be happy to do the same as well, more than happy actually.
The issue never was the points, it is about trust, honesty , integrity, transparency.

Most groups including mine are reporting 100% success, and a few minutes ago I only knew about 9 of my group members having shopped and I was fully prepared to give them their 4545 points when time came, compensating for the difference out of my own points , because I have an awesome bunch of people in my group who have put their TRUST in me.

The information is out there , what you do with it is your own judgment, I'm done with it , and I'm detaching myself from it from this point onwards.

The numerous positive reps I am getting are proof that at least some think I am right and for me that's worth having taken the risk of being a whistle blower.
