Hi McMin - those are indeed the ones..... I have just figured out how to scan them in too.... LOL .... The Purdy's and Saltspring would just be in the West I would think .... not sure - Purdy's may be trying to go national with their ice cream ....
I was pretty happy with the iced tea coupie as my son drinks it a lot during the summer. Thanks for posting them.

I had originally posted the All Bran bars coupon last summer when I first found it. There are a lot of coupons that seem to be reappearing and/or making encore appearances now. I originally found the new Kraft Grated Parmesan (expiring April 30 '11) about a month ago in the Thrifty Foods in North Vancouver, and then it disappeared. And now it's back.

And that Shake 'n Bake coupon just keeps popping up every few months or so. That was also at the Thrifty Foods. It expires Dec.31 '11.

It's a consumer research survey and yes it is in BC too. You can find the survey here, or you can do it by mail if you get the survey it comes in an envelope from Diane Simon and in return they usually send you some coupons and samples but it does take awhile for them to get to you.

Maybe this is the Okanagan Soy coupon you found? I looked in my image archive and I had one of the 2010 coupons but I hadn't scanned this newer one yet. It expires Dec.31 '12. I'm not sure if this product is sold outside of BC, though.

All the other coupons have been posted and are in the index that you can find in post #2 and #3 of this thread. When looking for things in that index, be sure to look for the manufacturer name first. Like... Dare, Bear Paws Crackers. Or... Kellogg's, Fibre Plus Cereal.

I haven't looked for or seen any Cavendish products around Vancouver yet. Oh, and if you go back to that particular IGA, look for the new Hormel Compleats coupon. I got a report from solarpower that it was there. It might also be at some other IGA stores, too.

Yes that is the one.
And as luck would have it I was at NF last night and they have Cavendish. I am not surprised I didn't know that since I haven't been a big buyer of packaged foods. With starting couponing and my working full-time now I am loosening up a bit for savings of time and money but I'm trying to keep it moderate. I'll check those out and see if they are not too terribly full of crap.

I assume if NF has it many other stores do too! Just me being blind!
Thanks for heads up on other coupons, I was on my way to work at 7:20 am and blasted through there pretty quick!
