in the flyer when it says 'in store coupon' where do I find this coupon??

They have display racks with the coupon booklets in them throughout the store. However, you don't need a coupon for the "in store coupons", as it comes off automatically at the cash register.

You can always ask at customer service also because there are some instore that dont just come off at the till. So if you see that and dont see it by the product ask CS as they have a drawer of the coupons behind their area
