    During my SDM shop this morning, I came across a Kicking Horse display. All tins of the whole beans (any roast option) were marked down to $5.00 a tin. Not sure if this blowout sale was only at my store, so wanted to throw it out there for others who might like Kicking Horse coffee.

    Ohhh will be looking for these when I go on my TAF shopping trip!

    Update: There was no Kicking Horse in tins where I am. =(

    I'm sitting here counting down the minutes until the hubby gets home. I only bought 4 tins this morning, but am seriously thinking of going back to ransack the rest of the display!!

    That is my absolute favourite coffee. I love 3 sisters blend and also Z-wrangler. I hope they are marked done here as well.

    Short of our local coffee roaster (Equator Coffee), my hubby ranks Kicking Horse right behind them for flavor and quality. If you can try some today, and head back before the sale ends (who knows when!!) if you like it, I think it would be worthwhile

    Oh I love their coffee, they are a BC company...I love the Grizzly Claw kind and also the Kick Ass...they are both Dark coffees...I'll have to check my SDM when I go do my TAF shop tomorrow.

    Do you guys think I can get my hubby to switch to Kicking Horse from Starbucks? I'm pretty sure they put something in there to get people hooked! LOL

    Oddly enough, my hubby went through a SB kick. They had the ground coffee on clearance at my SDM (can you tell I live in a small rural town - what does not sell goes on sale really fast!), and he stocked up. Fortuantely, living in a town with a Fair Trade and Organic roaster has it's benefits (discounted coffee), so unless there are deals like this Kicking Horse one, I've managed to discourage the Starbucks once and for all

    i used to live in invermere where they roast kicking horse. it is AMAZING coffee, especially straight out of the roaster at their cafe.... SO GOOD! i'm salivating right now....

    they're awesome people too - definitely a company you should feel good about supporting!
