For those who don't know, the nofrills flyer can be found online at shopnofrills.ca the day before the sale starts. If this post had been made last week or something then it might have been worth the space.

also a reminder that tomorrow babybonus comes out tomorrow also so your local nofrills will be busy, with it being a 2 week sale might not be a bad idea to just buy the one or two things that realy catch your eye in the coming days and wait a couple days to fill your carts. It will be busy.
