I never did get that elusive 15 to complete my collection. How did everyone else do?

I wasn't able to complete my set either. I tried to stay up past midnight to get that last 15 but I was done at 12:01. Sounds like there are a lot of people that didn't complete this set.
I was DQ'd from 4 surveys all before 7am this morning! LOL Glad you got them DonnaG. I did get the home improvement store one finally so that will help. I was worried at the end because it stopped so abruptly I thought it was going to DQ me after 30 minutes, but phew, it didn't.

Well, got a PW survey for 26sb so not totally struck out with surveys. Only took 5 minutes.

I didn't get the 15 either, I couldn't stay up for one last try I got a nice fat 27 win yesterday though, so I'm somewhat appeased

Bummed that I didn't get to complete the collector's bills set! Got the 15, but missed 10 & whatever # parallel toolbars was.

Also having a love/hate relationship with all those Hope Springs videos!

Just received an e-mail from SwagBucks support regarding my missing credit from the Daily survey from August 1. They'll not credit the survey, because the survey company can't find any record that I completed the survey I remember that it was a long survey, at least 30 minutes It's my first issue for missing credits

The last 3 times I have not gotten credit for surveys I was basically out of luck even with screen shots of the surveys. Not happy about that at all. I really don't understand how they can tell me I didn't do the survey when I have screens at the end saying it was submitted etc.

Finally got a survey I could take today, the 26sb one on PW and it credited right away. Sigh of relief today!

Screen shot is not quite useful since the screen shot doesn't haven't the unique information which identify the survey you complete. However, I believe in the browser history, there is link(s) you can copy that can uniquely identify the survey you complete. The link(s) will be more useful than a screen shot for the support people digging out the information from the system.
