They put that stupid broken canadian task 5 back up. It didn't work yesterday and doesn't work today. Do they just not check them or what?

Getting them to fix anything is a waste of time. I have been blocked out of the "answer yes/no" tasks for well over a month because their quality control has 10 or so of the test question marked as 'great answer' when they are plagarized and they just keep reloading the same task rather than fixing it. I have emailed support and posted multiple times on their forum without them fixing my account. No idea who hires them to do these tasks but with their terrible quality control I can just imagine the results are bad as well.

I know exactly what you mean...several of the "great answers" have spelling errors or grammer errors and I selected the Poor English option and got blocked from the task!!

What really gets me is in those tasks they put a link in for the search to see if it was stolen. They would have had to do the search to put in the link so how can they do that 10 or so times and still say it is a 'great answer'? Brain dead and blind?

Is it too much to ask that they actually answer the email or the post and fix it? I have posted 3 times and emailed twice an still nothing for weeks on end.
