So how many times a month can we cash out? I requested to get 2x$5 paypal money on April 22nd (was deposited into my account on May 4th) so does that mean I cashed out in April or May? I have just about enough for 4- $5 Amazon.ca gift cards and wanted to redeem for them when I got enough.

You can redeem for 5 of the same reward per month. Also your paypal cash outs would count in April's tally.
