I only have one account but thinking to open hubby 's account ,
so I email them about my account safety ,they suggest each account for different pc (something like that...)

My account just got deactivated too. I sent them an email and got a reply right away....

I was going to refer my husband, but I think it would be safer to avoid any potential problems, and remain the only swagger in the house.
I have no idea how they can differentiate between 2 people each with an account, and one person with 2 accounts - obviously their fraud detection is flawed!

I even send them their email which stated family members are ok. Now I am thinking are the family members supposed to have a different computer too?
Because if they are looking after IP's then they should say one per person, per email address and per computer.
I have send them more questions, I wonder if they will ever get back to me.... after receiving the last reply I really doubt it...

oh my goodness, Eva-M I'm so sorry to hear of your plight. what a let down, i thought it was pretty straightforwad when they said family members can sign up too. glad i didn't get hubby to sign up. based on your posts i know you put a lot of time on SB and a double loss of your GCs... hopefully they'll at least give a reply to your further questions.
