i have 43 referals and aprx 30 of them never even tried to earn,6 actually made it to 1000, and the others I think they use once in a blue moon, I did end up with 9 extra swagbucks this morning from one of them

I have 2 referrals...one earned me 384sb...and the other has yet to search

Oh I meant only texting if one of us won 1000 - the hourly winner. May happen once this year if we're lucky.

It's a wacky idea.

Here's how i thought it could work:

All of us watch for one of us as the "winner of the hour"

One of us, ie. Zonny, spots one of us as a winner

So just one person, Zonny notifies our "phone/facebook" captain volunteer.



Our captain is the only person with info "how to reach everyone fast" ie. text, message on facebook ... They message just one person- the hourly winner

The hourly winner collects prize

I check this one to see if I won...also I think they credit it automatically to whoever wins even though you are supposed to claim it by clicking because i remember there was a case on the thread when the person did not even know they were the winner but the points were credited..

On the referral front, I think where I've gotten mine is between here and Facebook. Facebook connect posts on your wall whenever you win, and some of my Facebook friends have joined (and maxed out).

But like everyone who has referrals, I have many who never search, or earn a few Swagbucks and then give it up. I have a total of 103 referrals (just got a new one today, thanks whoever you are!). Out of those, 22 of them have maxed out, and 54 of them have a zero balance. From what i can tell from my ledger, I have two who are actively searching these days, and I'm grateful for those two!
