There is a limit of 5 orders per prize each calendar month. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I have only ordered 5 Amazon.ca GC's

If you are trying to order a 6th Amazon.ca GC then you'll have to wait until next month. If you are trying to order your first Amazon.com GC for June then yes contact CS, because there should be no problem doing this.

I like others do the 5 of each .ca and .com every month.

If you are trying to order a 6th Amazon.ca GC then you'll have to wait until next month. If you are trying to order your first Amazon.com GC for June then yes contact CS, because there should be no problem doing this.

I've only redeemed for the 5 .com so far. Someone else was saying that they weren't able to get a .com one after they got 5 .ca though. You should be able to, they haven't said anything about changing the rules. Wonder if it's a "glitch" they're hoping no one complains about.

I contacted the Customer Support and their response was "now you can only get 5 prizes from one supplier i.e. 5 amazon cards [does not matter .ca/.com or the denominations] for example you can 1 $25, 2 amazon.com, 2 amazon.ca or all 5 amazon.ca

I am looking into Home depot ecards now..
