Haha!! I so agree with you. I have never had a problem with SuperRewards until this week.

Finally got some satisfaction for the SuperRewards. After contacting them for the last three days, I finally contacted Swagbucks itself about it, and the company the offer was for as well as them again. Swagbucks answered back quite fast and awarded me the points, I am certainly happy about that. Not happy about having to prove myself over and over. By the way, I am not posting on here simply to complain, I want people to know (that haven't used SuperRewards before) that you are certainly NOT guaranteed the Swagbucks promised every time. I'm getting off of my soapbox now!
BTW I got the code, that was a real head scratcher to begin with
