if you haven't been to Uphams family outlet in Truro check it out when you are passing through- they are a liqudation place and they also sell alot of restaurant supplies (large quantities) so they don't take coupons but some of the deals are so good they are worth it without them.
Lots of low priced meat too, they have about 10 freezers filled with all kinds of things usual discount is 20% (prices were pretty good before discount), sometimes its 50%.
the website doesn't seem to reflect some of the best deals so you have to go in
but at least they do have a website so you can check out the variety

yeah, I love the place - in fact there are so many great places to shop in Truro - and I recently found out we can use the Superstore coupons at no frills so that just got added to my places to shop when I travel there . I do so much shopping in a single day I need to take the seats out of the van
