yes, I have tried so many different sites. I love cooking with coconut flour now. I have a fabulous pizza dough recipe that I have shared with many on here. And, I almost have the bread down. cooking without gluten is so tricky, it depends on the weather outside, the room temp, how often the oven cycles on and off in 45 minutes. It's crazy

yeah, tons of work, but if you want a sammie (a good one anyway) it's worth it, especially after this long. What I wouldn't give for a Montreal smoked meat sammie on rye. MMMMMMmmmmmm
