    i will have virus protection on the new one.. have it already on my own laptop.. i run avast, when i told the dude at bb that he might as well have scoffed at me and told me that i was an idiot.. he said that he never runs free programs on his computer, he always uses paid programs... well good for you, but i'm not you

    i agree.. he thought he was talking to a complete moron.. i admit i'm not well well versed when it comes to computers, but i'm not completely stupid.. he was trying to make it sound like i WILL get a virus immediately upon start-up.. idiot.. no, i'm still NOT spending $80 on your virus program.. i think he knew he didn't have me when i made the most basic connection - he was showing me a cdrom that i "had" to buy.. i stopped him immediately and said 'umm, where does the cd go as the netbook doesn't have a rom drive?" bat-bat the eyelashes with a smirk on my face
