I have a small stretch of wall with trim in the middle too, they do get dirty.

just run the vacuum with the brush attachment over them and they should stay nice, no pruny hands involved

hey gals here is a thought. Fill every space that has any baseboard showing with a piece of furniture or anything and then you won't see them!
