I went to this sale last year for the first time - plan on returning this year.

Some good deals - some comparable to what we could buy in store with coupon.

The best deals I found last year:
    Oral B Kids Toothbrushes 3/$1
Pantene Styling Products Box of 6/$3
    Tide 64 Load $3
Swiffer XL Boxes (the double/triple refill packs) $2

They year before last they had bags of Pampers for $5 - last year they donated all diapers to Haiti.

Not much info posted - but here is the Facebook event page.

No! Add your gas and if the weather is crappy??? I go to one in Belleville. Your looking at a long wait time. There is usually Tide,Downy,Tampax,Olay,Pantene,Febreze,Swiffer.Qua ker products. Sometimes Sears things. Depends on who in the community participates and what they want to get rid of. Last year it was online..no diapers. When there is Pampers there is a limit i can't remember how many because my sister-in-law dragged me so i could get her some. There is a charge of a $1 for donation.

I think its United Way but over time we probably call it that because they donate so much. There is a PG in Belleville and employees get quite a good deal on the products but they have to buy it in lots like 6 or more....no diapers...unless there is a warehouse sale. If you look on United Way website they tell you of upcoming events.

There is a United Way sale in Brantford that is usually in May or June I think???? Can't remember but it is around then. People line up for this event over 12 hours before the doors open!!! I mean it is crazy in there!

Last year I went in the afternoon and still had to wait outside for almost an hour... once inside, a lot was gone already but I managed to get some great great deals!

    I think I got:

3 cases of Huggies Pull Ups for $3 a bag
A CASE of Nutella for $5 (12 jars)
5 cases of little Glade Vanilla candles ($1 per case!)
Boxes of Ziploc sandwich bags for $1 each
Packages of Ziploc containers for $1 each
    Off bug spray $1 each

It was awesome! They had someone at the cashout unload your cart, a girl rung in it, someone packed your cart and then someone walked out to your car to help you pack it all in and then they took the cart! It was very organized and went really good!

I did good because I went late and they do not want any left overs! So everything was slashed to sell! If you get there early enough, I heard they do have Tide for like $2 a bottle and other stuff but hey I was ESCATIC with what I came away with for just over $100.00! My car's trunk was full and so was the back seat!!!!

Might do the same thing this year! Just depends on how I feel and what they have!
    Is it baseball season yet?

That's the best thing about going late...i bought 100% cotton tampax one year really cheap! I bought 3 cases, they were really nice..all my friends kept getting them from me. Every year there is a long lineup for that reason. We get Quaker stuff here and it makes it to the end and Swiffer products.

Yeah I have gone back at like 2:30 (ours closes at 3) and bought cases of stuff for cheap - usually about 1/3 of the selection left!
