I have a suggestion... We should thank people that post great finds but I find it a little annoying to be wading through so many "thank you" posts in one thread instead of updates and discussions about it. I was on another forum and they have a thanks button and the users that clicked it would have their usernames show up below the original post. Would that be too much to ask for?

We already have a "thanks" button. Here it is called the thumbs up button, it's a little red and green arrow in the upper right corner of the original post in a thread. The numbers in the little yellow box tell us how many thumbs up it's gotten.

Also, instead of typing "thanks" each time, people can just hit "thread tools" and select "subscribe" and it marks the thread read, same as if they had typed "thanks."

Then there are people who chose not to use either feature and that is their choice too.

I can't see any way to remove those, unless Boo knows something he's not sharing.

Visitor messages, however, I think everyone can delete those themselves.

Going back to that.. people were saying the cp was loading slowly, getting rid of the sent reps (presumably half of your reps) would clear out a lot of loading time.

But we don't know if wiping out your rep messages may also put your rep power back at 0 or if you loose all your lucky charms. Boo will have to comment on how that is programmed in the system.
