I am new to this, and would greatly appreciate any help that anyone would be willing to offer! I am a stay at home Mom and my family of 4 lives off of just my hubby. I am always looking for ways to save, and for great meal ideas. I watched the TLC episode about the extreme coupon people, and would love to just have some of the savings that they do. I am not looking to fill a room, just my pantry!

You will find alot of helpful information and people here to help you out.
One place to start is to look at the following websites for coupons...
www.save.ca, www.websaver.ca, and www.gocoupons.ca also check out www.brandsaver.ca
I have a few extra P&G Brandsaver fliers that came out a few weeks ago that I could send them to you. Just pm me your address.
I am from the Edmonton area and hope I can be of some help. I too am new to the couponing, but have learned quite a bit from here.

Hi! Welcome! It takes a LONG time to get to know EVERYTHING about the site - in fact, I think that's an impossible task! I would suggest that you check out the "Deals" tag and the "Brags" tag - that way you can learn how people use coupons and where they find them. Coupons are really everywhere - as soon as you start using them, you'll start noticing them. The inserts in local newspapers are a great way to get started. This weekend one called "Smart Source" will come out. If you know someone who doesn't use coupons - ask them to save them for you. Keep coupons even if you don't plan to use them yourself, because you can trade them with other people. Look under the "TOOT - TOOT Canadian Coupon Train" tag that appears at the left side of site. You'll soon learn! and you'll be surprized at the tricks you'll learn to save money.
