can't find call in thread and/or J & J number

I have tried searching but many of threads have hundreds of posts etc. After 20 mins I give up. Can someone please help me out and post the link to the coupon call in numbers, for example i was hoping to make the deadline to call J and J for monthly coupons. But I can't find the number or the list of what coupons you have to chose from. I didn't have any better luck with google

I did find this one but I'm unsure if that is the same monthly call in number and I recall seeing a post that listed your coupon choices as they will ask you what you want, right?
