Hi LD pros out there,

Just wondering if you can stack 2 printable but different coupons for the same item or do they allow only one printable per item.

Yes , you can use more that one. I used 3 one one product (Jergen's) free yesterday. Also, at my LD, you'r only allowed $ 5 off with each printable coupon - so if the printable says $8 you can only take $5 off the price of your item with it but your allowed a few as long as they are different.
