Don't think they will send these tomato seed from the U.K. because I think you're not allowed to import seeds.

Generally, you're allowed to import seeds. I do it all the time, ordering seeds online from US for various hot pepper vegetables. Yes,... I like it hot!

As long as the seed isn't an endangered specie (tomato isn't),... and as long as it's not the seed from a noxious weed,... my mother-in-law's tomato sauce is quite noxious,... but even I wouldn't classify it as a weed! But maybe if she added some special weeds it might make her tomato sauce more bearable!
Plants on the other hand,.... generally need special papers (phytosanitary certificate) to import.
