heres my story and I just gave it a couple days ago. I actually posted about it on here.

one of my workers sees another mom. this mom and her boyfriend are expecting a baby in april. They are both on dissability right now. my worker told me about them having a hard time so I told her I would like to do up a gift basket for them. So I did my stacking and headed to london drugs. Bought tons of mens deodorant,tons of deodorant for her,shaving cream for her, dish soap, a pack of huggies diapers. some shaving cream for him. some greenworks wipes.some smellies. i'm trying to remember what I all put in there lol. I had the biggest pampers box there is. and put everything in there. also put some baby boy clothes in it,a couple baby blankets, some books. The box was STUFFED!!! Like couldn't fit anymore in it. Then I also had some dr.browns bottles and some similac advance. I had a full set of the dr.browns bottles plus a sterilyzer for it and also some homemade baked goodies.
I dropped it off with my worker and she almost cried. She gave the mom my phone number(with my permission) and this mom told me thank you so much. She invited me and my fiancee over to her house and just gave me the biggest hug ever and told me how she just cant tell me enough how grateful they are.
I am also making them a baby blanket for their little boy for when he is born.

It just makes me so happy to be able to help someone else out in need. If it wasn't for the coupons I would have never been able to do this for her as our funds are very limited right now. But just to be able to help someone else out really made my day

I love giving out coupons in stores. Most people just nicely say "Thanks a lot". I started ordering formula coupons and just leaving them on the shelf, it's such a pricy item, and the coupons are pretty high value. The usual reaction is "Don't you want it yourself?".

I like my Royale Toilet paper, but every week I usually have coupon for another brand to give my homecare worker, and often something else I think she can use. She comes from just out of town and doesn't get all the flyers for the stores here, so since I do my recycling with her, we usually have a look through the flyers then too!

Whoever takes me grocery shopping usually finds I have something for them, and we usually visit NoFrills which will price match.

If I have ample time, I bring a scotch tape with me & taped all the extra coupons I have on the products in the supermarket/Zellers.

At Bath & Bodyworks yesterday I gave my friend and her daughter each a coupon for the free trial size item with any purchase

I like helping the young people I see they are always so happy to get a coupon - I have 2 daughters 22 and 25 and they are loving all the freebies I am giving them - remember the working poor!!!!
