How do I respond to Reps?

Ok, this site is so informative an overwhelmingly awesome. I've spent a lot of time reading posts, getting up to speed in the coupon world Thanks Smart Canucks for saving me boat loads of cash! If, I'm double posting, I apologize, but I cannot figure out how to respond to someone who reps your post? Or, if you read a post rep, how do you go back to see that later on, say a few days later?

And to respond to someone's rep that they have given you, just hit there name and it will bring you to there wall where you can give a thank you.
