People who work at food banks are awesome people. I was ashamed the first time I went... they made me feel so much better about it!

Had grilled pork chops and salade. Everyone else also had corn, rice & noodles but I couldn't bare to eat more. lol

Besides I had to save room for Lemon Merginue pie. lol

I can stretch a dollar so much further now with coupons... I'm kind of addicted to coupons ;)

I feel it doesn't help sometimes, my DH doesn't care when he shops alone. But when he comes out with me and we get lots of free stuff, or stuff for a few cents, he gets all excited lol. He doesn't like the effort.

Tami I have a big bundle going your way, so it'll be sure to help you out. I was so mad I forgot a few because I had to fold them, but then forgot I had folded them to put in the envie and I completely sealed everything with tape and it was my last envie. Oh well, more for next time! :P

Never went to a food bank, but that's because we didn't know about them. I remember once my mom showed up for a surprise visit and looked in our fridge/cupboards and was like wth do you eat? lol. She took me grocery shopping that day!
