Hmm - do you mean flyers you take a photo of with a camera
or flyers that are online and you can make a copy and add them.
I can show both ways if people are interested.
Which store flyer are you interested in the most?
Anyone else want to ride the train -- it's due to head out today ---Saturday so pm me with your address if you want to ride.:-)
1) here is my trade list...I usually take the coupons that I will definitely use out and put them in my own stash file so I only keep my thread up to date with ones that I am willing to trade! Here is my Trade List Wow that's awsome thank you for teaching us how to do that!! WOOHOO!! LOL
2) Trading for anything other than coupons?? Hmm, well if I REALLY want a coupon I will trade for either stamps or a gift card (GC) however, now that I have a decent personal stash I usually only trade for coupons...unless it's a newbie and then I trade a package!
Awsome activity!
Toot Toot ... it's gone.
This train has a nice big load of lots of DIFFERENT coupons, hopefully some you've never seen and some you can use. :-)
It's mostly food coupons:
- 85 different food coupons
- 22 different health and beauty
- 8 household
- 2 pet
- 5 medicine chest (popular items/brands only)
None of my baby coupons were useful past March 31.
Plus there 2 of some of the coupons above, so I'd estimate 150+ coupons.
There's maybe 4 or 5 that expire sooner - Kelloggs granola bars, Kraft coupons that I thought might interest the first coupon of riders.
Going to play list catch up tonight after the girls go to bed. They have been sleeping better for me the past couple of days so hopefully I will be able to update and post the tradelist!
Just FYI-tradelist is something I do not enjoy. Very tedious. I am always impressed by those who have theirs nice and organized and extremely impressed with the color coded ones!
1. Let's see if I could do this.....
....this is my first link http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/members/kk008/
........did it work?.......I hope so, because I don't even know if I can do it again if it does work...lol!
I'd say I started doing the list and posting it about 2-3 weeks ago....figured I had to venture into something new. The original list probably lasted 1 week before I totally redid it again and I think I like it better now but I'm sure it'll change and revolve as time goes on. I found that it's the starting part that is overwhelming but once I got to typing as I went through all the coupons, it got easier (but don't mind the typo errors eh!...haven't done a total review yet....lol) That's why I had typed on top of the list to have people PM me if they want more info on specific coupons, etc.)
Yep, I learned the lesson from personal experience...must SAVE SAVE SAVE and OFTEN!
2. Did 3 trades so far for stamps ....and hopefully more to come as I build up my "coupon stockpile". Don't really need coupons at the moment until I see any different ones that may be out there that I do not have and am able to stack on, therefore I do not have a wishlist yet. I am interested in GC's or stamps.
Wanted to know, is there a list of "high-value" coupons out there? Or is it just HV for personal preferences?
Anyways, hope the above link works or else it's back to the drawing board.
PS...Looking forward to my 1st "train"!
Your link works! :-)
High value is a bit of judgement call - no master list really. Some traders, however, have lists where they list almost all FPCs and lots of High Value so it gives a good overview.
When you're stacking it's not the value but the rarity -- there may be 5 coupons that stack for free coffee, but one was only published in a magazine or mailed out to Shopper's Voice survey respondents etc.
Good idea to post a list and start where you are and learn. :-)
I mean flyers that are not online yet but I want to post the flyer that I've got by mail. I found that sometimes the flyer could arrive by mail way faster than online and people are happy to start earlier sorting coupons.
okgirl - got it.
Okay do you have a digital camera or a scanner? Which is easier for you to use and pop photos on your computer hard drive?
I have an SC related question. How do I multi-quote in reply to posts? I know there is the multi-quote button. But when I press it I don't know what to do next.
I know this isn't exactly coupon related but I just would like to know :-)
middleclassmom - great question -- we can definitely share "how to's" for SC, not just coupons.
I have a digital camera, I tried once to post a picture from a flyer but I was only able to post the link where the picture was saved (:
