today march 8- the points from using feb's 10.000 bonus pt email coupon for spending $50 are to be added.

i got mine

i called and he said that they are to be added by march 23 and if not call back and they will add manually

I shopped Jan 29 & still haven`t got the 10,000 points, I`m calling them now!

edit: I just called & they are adding them manually!

for those didn't got the points automatically, did you combine other bonus points promotion?

I didn't get the points and had to call SDM. I used the bonus points coupon for product, the lady said it cannot combine with other promotion, that's why I didn't get the points automatically, she adjusted the points for me though.

I didn't get mine either so I will call them. I used mine during a promo for points when you bought $75 in beauty but I didn't spent $75 so I didn't combine promo's.
